Llama Domesticated South American hoofed mammal belonging to the camel family, believed to be a descendant of the Guanaco. Smaller in size than the camel and lacking a hump, it somewhat resembles a large sheep. Colors range in brown, white, black, or piebald .

They live up in the snow lines of the Andes in herds . And being used as a pack animal since the time of the Incas, it is also valued for its flesh, and wool, and milk.
